He has a background in providing fair, equitable, and practically applicable solutions to complex problems in the area of talent acquisition and organizational development. He is passionate about creating and supporting valid and objective processes that foster upward mobility for all employees, allowing each and every perspective to have a contributing voice.
My Story
Kevin holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Kevin is a member of SHRM, and has earned his SHRM-CP credentials. Kevin was born in western New York, and currently resides in Eugene, Oregon with his partner Tessa, and dog, Vilo.
