Tracy Joyner (She/Her/Hers) is a Sr. Consultant, Inclusive Talent Acquisition leader dedicated to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Her work focuses on customizing and scaling diverse and equitable talent recruiting strategies through targeted campaigns.
With over 20 years of talent acquisition experience, she has also played a leading role in the implementation of Fortune 30 award-winning DEIB programming that has driven in increased diverse leadership.

She is professionally certified in the areas of Strategic Talent Sourcing, Diversity Pipeline Management, and Professional Recruitment. A graduate of The University of Virginia, she has continued her professional career development with coursework in Change Leadership through Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
As a wife to Charles and new mother to Kingsley and Sasha, Tracy is also a singer-songwriter and worship leader. Her authentic purpose is to love people, show kindness, and serve change while being based out of Richmond, Virginia.
